Yes. When we take the deposit of 20% at the time of booking, it’s because we never double book and therefore have to cover the cost of our employees and resources, even if you cancel. However, we understand that life happens! Therefore, if you let us know within 24 hours of your appointment when a better time for you would be (time and date required), we will be happy to make a change for you once per booking.
No one enjoys carrying wallets in swimwear – which is why MEDS seeks to make residential clients as happy as possible with easy payment options. You will use a credit card or PayPal when booking an appointment, and at completion of your service, we can just bill the payment method on file. No need for a wallet on vacation! To protect your payment cards, our site is SSL certified safe, and credit cards are only stored for 30 days.
A season’s pass lasts 90 days, and a gift certificate is good for one year from the date of purchase.
Absolutely! Our waterless cleaning products also carry a guarantee, so that if anything should ever happen (and it hasn’t yet), we have double coverage to address the issue.
Please note that there are some things which MEDS cannot cover. These include;
- Cleaning of pickup truck beds or commercial van cargo areas
- Paint oxidization – these are best left for a body shop
- Excessive bodily fluids
